He conducted a thorough review of decades of history and provided us with various possible options for resolving the matter. Despite the depth of his work, he did not charge us for this service. The second time I went to him was to sell my house. The whole thing went through smoothly without a glitch. He even hand-wrote the checks for me at the closing, so that I just had to sign. The whole process was warm and caring, and it made me feel well taken care of!

I called his office to see if he could look at a contract to sell my 2 family home. Unfortunately. I was unable to speak to him. So I started calling around and no one would help me unless I hired them to do something I didn't need. They all want to charge me at least 1500.00 or more to do things I didn't need. As a result I never received any help from them, However, Mr. Rolo. called me back and he was able to prevent me from making a big mistake. Thank you so much. He deserves to get an award.
