I first worked with Derek Rolo when I was trying to buy a house 4 years ago. The deal fell through right before closing, due to the owner not having a permit for a deck that had been built on the house. Derek, not only got my full down payment returned to me, he also worked to get expenses associated with the deal reimbursed by the sellers. I was in the process of writing my Will before I went to Derek with an other attorney. I needed to tweak it a couple of times which involved phone calls, making appointments, and paying more money. And it was taking forever. It just dragged on and I needed it done so I didn’t want to go back to them. Now what do I do. I started calling attorneys and it again was a whole process of make an appointment for consultation etc. it’s going to cost as if I was starting all over again. I was so discouraged. Then I called Derek’s office and explained what I needed. I just needed it written up with my corrections. He made an appointment the following week for 1 hour to write the will in its entirety the way I wanted. He was very helpful and attentive to every detail. I walked out with my will signed with witness, plus 3 copies and the cost was so reasonable. What a great service he offers. Simple, painless and much needed. I strongly recommend if you need to update or change or even write a will. It’s such an important document and this service he offers was a godsend. Thanks Derek you’re the best attorney for offering this service.
